What happens if I run out of contact credits?

If you run out of contact credits in a given month, you will be directed to reach out to your account admin. Account admins will have the ability to either reach out to Owler to purchase additional contact credits, or they can redistribute existing unused credits from other users who have not used their credits yet in the current month.
