How do I reassign contact credits to my Users?

Account Admins will have the ability under the Team tab, to move credits between existing users at any given point. Your allocation must always equal 100%, but if you wish to move all your contact credits to a single user, or divide them up unequally among your users, you will have complete flexibility to do so. Please remember however that any contact credits that are not used by the end of your contracted month will be lost.
