YES! Owler's Newsfeed is completely customizable based off your saved lists you have built and the companies you are following. 

The Newsfeed displays recent news for all the companies you are following (the companies you are following are listed on your followed companies tab) and is sortable by the lists that your companies are stored in. In order to change the companies' news you see in your Newsfeed, you need choose which list you wish to view by clicking Select List and checking the box next to the list you wish to filter by. You can change the companies in each list under the saved lists tab or read: Learn how to Follow and Unfollow companies.
