Cancellation Policy for Owler Pro, Owler Plus, and Owler Team Subscriptions.
 

Full subscription refunds for Owler Pro, Owler Plus, and Owler Team subscriptions will be granted for requests received by our support team within 48 hours of the payment. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
 

As per the Consumer Rights Directive, citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after their subscription begins. Note: This 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a free trial, the period begins on the first day of your free trial, so you will not be eligible for a refund if your trial extends past 14 days.
 

When you cancel a subscription from within your account settings, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and as such, Owler does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle as you will continue to have the same access and benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period.

All Owler Pro and Plus subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless you provide notice that you do not wish to renew or cancel your subscription within your account settings prior to your renewal date.

All Owler Team subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period unless you provide notice that you do not wish to renew at least 60 days prior to the renewal date.
 

Owler may terminate (or suspend access to) your use of your subscription or your account, for any reason in our discretion, including a breach of our Terms and Conditions. Owler has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. 
 

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
