Why have I not received any Daily Snapshots?

There are three possible reasons why you have not received any Daily Snapshots. 
 

First, be sure you have followed at least one or two companies. You can see what companies you are following under your Followed Companies tab. The more companies you follow, the more news you are likely to receive. Without any followed companies we will not send you any Daily Snapshots. 

 

Second, It is possible that the companies you are following have not been in the news. 

 

Third, it is possible that you have Daily Snapshots turned off. To ensure you have them turned on, click on 'Email Settings' on the left of your screen, then make sure Daily Snapshot is checked, and click Update Settings. 

 

 

If you've tried these three possible solutions, and you still are not receiving daily snapshots, please Log a Ticket.
