We do not yet offer the functionality to sort news by unique keywords, however we do allow you to filter the news on companies you are following by specific event types and news classifications. 

You can filter the news by event type in real time under the Newsfeed tab under the drop down Event Type

By checking the box next to each Event Type or News Type, we will actively display the results for all the companies you have followed either manually, or via Salesforce Sync.
