How do I cancel Owler Plus / Pro?

We are sorry to hear you want to Cancel Owler Pro, but we have made it very easy to do. First navigate to Settings which you can find by clicking on Me in the bottom left had of your screen when logged in, then click on Settings, 

 

 

Once in Settings, scroll down to Subscription Plan, and click on Cancel next to your active plan. 

 

 

We will then ask you a few brief questions to help us understand why Owler Pro is not the best fit for you anymore, then you can click next and cancel your subscription. 

 

 

If you have paid, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your payment period. We do not issue refunds for annual contracts.
